The testosterone itself. It is a prescription medicine, it comes from your pharmacy, and we do not supply it in any form.

Quantities are a starting point, not a prescription. Your prescriber sets your dose, your route and your schedule. Where those differ from anything here, follow them.
Why two needles per injection

Draw with a wide one
A 21G pulls a viscous oil out of the vial in seconds rather than a minute, and it saves your patience. It is far too wide to inject with.

Inject with a fine one
Swap to a fresh 25G before you inject. Drawing through a rubber stopper blunts a tip, and a blunt needle is what makes an injection hurt.

Lock the fitting
A luer-lock screws on. A slip fitting can separate under the pressure it takes to push an oil, which is a mess you only need once.

Length follows the route
Into muscle needs to reach muscle, so 25mm or 38mm depending on where you inject and your build. Under the skin needs the opposite. Your prescriber will have told you which route.

Do you sell testosterone?
No. We supply consumables only. We do not stock peptides, hormones or any prescription medicine, and we never will. Your script is filled at a pharmacy.
Intramuscular or subcutaneous?
That is your prescriber's call and it changes which needle you want. If you have been told subcutaneous, swap the 25G 25mm in this list for a 30G 8mm.
How many injections will a vial give me?
That depends on your dose, which we do not know and should not guess at. Work it out with your prescriber, then use the frequency selector above to size the consumables.
Can I reuse a needle?
No. A needle is single use, it blunts on first pass, and reuse is how injection sites get damaged. This is one of the reasons we sell them in hundreds rather than tens.
