For diabetes
The consumables side of managing diabetes.
Syringes, pen needles, lancets and strips are the parts you get through fastest and think about least, right up until the box is empty on a Sunday.
Order what you need in whatever quantity you need, see the price before you buy, and set it to arrive before you run out.
What we supply
Syringes, pen needles, lancets, swabs and sharps containers.
What comes from your pharmacy
Insulin itself, which is a prescription medicine from your pharmacy. Some consumables are also subsidised through the National Diabetes Services Scheme, and it is worth checking what you are entitled to there first.
The kit
How many injections a day?
Set it below and the order follows. Each line shows how long a pack lasts at that rate, so you can see what is a monthly buy and what is a once a year one.
How many injections a day?
{{ note }}
Quantities are a starting point, not a prescription. Your prescriber sets your dose, your route and your schedule. Where those differ from anything here, follow them.
Small decisions that add up
01
A new needle every time
Reusing a pen needle bends the tip into a hook, and a hooked tip tears rather than pierces. It is the single biggest cause of lumpy injection sites over years.
02
Rotate, and keep rotating
Same spot every day builds lipohypertrophy, and insulin absorbs unpredictably from scarred tissue. A rotation you actually follow beats a perfect one you do not.
03
Buy the bigger box
A box of 100 is not much more than a box of 30 and it removes the Sunday night problem entirely. Always Stocked will ship it before you run low if you would rather not think about it.
04
Check the NDSS first
If you are registered, some of this is subsidised and you should use that. We are for what falls outside it, or for when you need something today.
FAQ
Questions people actually ask.
If yours is not here, the contact form routes straight to the team that can answer it.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. No account, no minimum order, and the price is on the page before you commit to anything.
Are these the same as the pharmacy ones?
They come from the same manufacturers that supply Australian hospital tenders and the major pharmacy groups. Where a product is ARTG listed, the listing is shown on its own page as a data field rather than as a claim about the site.
Can I get these faster?
Orders are picked and dispatched from Sydney. Delivery is free over $99 Australia wide.
What do I do with a full sharps container?
It depends which state you are in. Our sharps disposal guide covers all eight, because the rules genuinely differ.

Three questions and we will tell you what to buy.
The Gauge Finder asks what you are injecting, where, and how often. Nothing you answer is stored, and we never ask what it is for.
